Our museums in Stavanger Centre
Stavanger Museum houses the Norwegian Children's Museum, natural history and urban history exhibitions.
In cozy old Stavanger is the Stavanger Maritime Museum, the Norwegian Canning Museum and a brand new Norwegian graphic museum that opened in 2021.
By the Mosvannet is the Stavanger Art Museum.
At Eiganes, a ten-minute stroll from the center of Stavanger, you can experience 19th-century fine culture by visiting the shipowners' villa Breidablikk, the pleasure garden and the royal residence Ledaal, as well as the tenant's residence Holmeegenes.
